Show Policies
These policies apply at every All Star Card Show, in McAllen and Beaumont. They help keep the show safe and fun for every collector.
Prohibited items
- Firearms
- Knives and blades
- Outside food and drink
- Lighters and pyro
- Vapes
- Chains and spiked jewelry
- Confetti and loose glitter
- Hate symbols and profanity
Bag policy
Bags are permitted, but they are subject to inspection at entry. This helps us keep every attendee and guest safe.
Photography
- Cameras are welcome at the show.
- Please ask permission before photographing attendees, vendors, or anyone else at the event.
- Don't block walkways, entrances, or exits while photographing or recording.
- Interviewing or recording celebrity guests is not permitted. Some guests offer video recordings or shoutouts for purchase, but interviews at the autograph booth are not allowed.
- Photographing or recording guests from a distance while they're at their autograph booth is not permitted.
- Large lighting setups and equipment are not permitted on the show floor without prior written approval.
Pets and service animals
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted and welcome.
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside the venue.
Anti-harassment policy
Ultra Fan Fest, LLC strictly prohibits harassment of or discrimination against anyone at the event. Incidents will be met with appropriate action.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments (related to gender, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientation), sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Please report any incident as soon as possible to the nearest police officer, All Star Card Show staff member, or venue security guard. All event and venue staff wear clearly marked shirts or uniforms, and you can always find our staff at the information booth near the exhibit hall entrance.
